Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect: (a) account and profile data (email, company name, phone, logo); (b) job and customer details (names, contact details, addresses); (c) quote data (line items, amounts, validity); (d) message and follow-up logs (emails and SMS sent via the Service); (e) payment-related identifiers and status (e.g. for deposits and balance payments via Stripe). We also collect technical and usage data (e.g. IP address, device and browser information) where necessary to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use this data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to send quotes and follow-ups on your behalf; to process payments; to communicate with you (e.g. account and security); and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your or your customers’ personal data.

3. Processors

We use third-party processors: (a) email delivery (e.g. Resend); (b) SMS delivery (e.g. Twilio when enabled); (c) payment processing (Stripe); (d) hosting and databases (e.g. Supabase, Vercel). These processors process data on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements where required. Their privacy notices apply to their processing.

4. Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; we will delete or anonymise it in line with our retention policy and applicable law (including UK GDPR).

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. You can exercise these via your account settings or by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
