Refund policy

Free plan

The Free plan is free of charge. There is nothing to refund. You can stop using the Service at any time.

Trial (Pro)

When you start a paid Pro subscription, you may be offered a free trial (e.g. 14 days). No charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your first payment is taken at the end of the trial and your subscription continues in line with your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account (Settings → Billing) or via the Stripe customer portal we link to. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. We do not offer automatic refunds for the unused portion of that period once you have cancelled (see Prorations below for exceptions).

Prorations and refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Our default policy is no refund for the current period once it has started. In specific circumstances—for example duplicate charges, or charges made in error—we may issue a full or partial refund or credit. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@fieldquote.app with your account email and the charge details. Refunds, when we agree them, are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Customer payments (deposits and balances)

Payments your customers make to you (deposits and balance payments) are processed by Stripe on your behalf. Disputes and refunds for those transactions are between you and your customer and are handled via your Stripe account and Stripe’s dispute/refund processes. We do not hold or refund customer funds.
