How to contact us

Include your account email for account or billing issues so we can look up your details quickly.
Expected response times
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays (UK working days). Urgent issues—such as payment failures or loss of account access—are prioritised and we will respond as soon as we can, typically within one business day.

- Sign in
Magic links, expired links, spam folder, wrong email, and switching devices.
- Quotes
Create and edit quotes, send link or PDF, and how acceptance works.
- Payments
Deposits, balance payments, Stripe, and what your customer sees.
- Refunds
How refunds work, cancellations, access after cancel, and records.
- Privacy
What data we store, who can see it, retention, and the full privacy policy.
Billing and subscription issues
To update payment method, cancel, or view invoices, use Settings → Billing in the app (or the Stripe customer portal we link to). For duplicate charges, failed payments, or questions about your subscription, email us at support@fieldquote.app with your account email and a short description. See our Refund policy for cancellation and refund rules.
How to report bugs
If something isn’t working as expected, email support@fieldquote.app and include:
- Your account email
- What you were trying to do (steps to reproduce)
- What you expected vs what actually happened
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone) and whether it’s reproducible every time
