Refunds

If you need to refund a customer or cancel your subscription, here’s how it works. We also explain what happens to your account and data after you cancel, and where to find records.

Quick fixes

  • Refunds for customer payments (deposits/balance) are processed via Stripe; you can issue refunds from your Stripe dashboard or contact us.
  • To cancel your subscription, use Settings → Billing in the app and follow the cancellation flow (or the Stripe customer portal link).
  • After you cancel, you may still have access until the end of the current billing period; then access to the app is removed.
  • We retain records as described in our Refund policy and Privacy policy; you can request a copy of your data by emailing support.

Step-by-step

  1. To refund a customer payment: go to your Stripe dashboard (or use the link from Settings → Billing), find the payment, and issue a refund there. If you need us to help, email support with the job and payment details.
  2. To cancel your subscription: open FieldQuote → Settings → Billing, and use “Cancel” or the link to the Stripe customer portal to cancel the subscription.
  3. After cancellation, you can still sign in until the end of the paid period to export or download any data you need.
  4. For a copy of your data or invoices, email support with your account email; we’ll respond with how to obtain records in line with our policies.
