Terms of Service

1. Service description

FieldQuote (“Service”) provides tradespeople and small trade businesses with tools to create jobs, send quote links, track the funnel, collect deposits and balance payments (via Stripe), raise invoices, and run follow-ups. Use of the Service is subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. The Service is intended for use in the UK; other jurisdictions may have different legal requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to send spam, harass others, or process payments for illegal or fraudulent activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for compliance with applicable laws (including data protection and consumer rights).

4. Billing and payments

Subscription fees (Free and Pro) are described on our pricing and product pages. Payment processing for customer deposits and balance payments is handled by Stripe; Stripe’s terms apply to those transactions. Refunds of subscription fees are governed by our Refund policy and applicable law.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or a minimum sum if no fees apply). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability and data handling) will continue to apply.
