FieldQuote stores the data we need to run the service: your account and profile, jobs and customers, quotes, and payment-related information. Here’s a short overview of what we store, who can see it, and how long we keep it. For the full picture, see our Privacy policy.

Quick fixes

  • We store: account and profile (email, company name, phone, logo), job and customer details, quote data, and payment identifiers/status (e.g. via Stripe).
  • Only you and people you invite to your organisation can see your jobs, quotes, and customer data within the app.
  • We don’t sell your or your customers’ personal data; we use it to provide and improve the service and to comply with the law.
  • We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes after that, as set out in our Privacy policy.

Step-by-step

  1. Account and profile data (email, company name, etc.) is used to identify you and to communicate; you can update much of it in Settings → Profile.
  2. Job and quote data is visible only to you and your team within your organisation; customers see only the quote and payment links you send them.
  3. Payment data is processed by Stripe; we store payment status and identifiers so we can show you what’s been paid, not full card details.
  4. If you want to know exactly what we hold about you or request deletion, email support; we’ll respond in line with our Privacy policy and applicable law.
